Getting Free Samples By Mail Is A Rewarding And Enjoyable Experience

Thursday, December 29th, 2011

I recently started getting free samples by mail and have found it to be an interesting and rewarding hobby. I initially began my attempt to get samples from firms a few months ago and found some sites that promised assorted free offers and giveaways. most of these sites were just plain rubbish and instead of getting free samples, I got the run around. On many sites, I was given long surveys to take. These led on to more surveys, and far more surveys. Some of the other sites just blatantly told falsehoods about what they were offering. These sites guaranteed I Had definitely “won” something “typically something really good like a laptop PC or a blue ray player. However after wasting a handful of time answering question after question , I ended up at a screen that asked for my Mastercard. They claimed “the ultimate step” towards getting what they'd promised was to enter my credit card and enroll in a “trial” of some random service that I did not want “typically” a service to get more “free stuff”. Oh yes sure. It's always possible to “cancel anytime”. Not a chance! I loathe being lied to and I don’t need a trial subscription to get some rubbish that you promised was free. That's not free and it's not honest.

But , I finally did find some good web sites that really offered free samples by mail. These sites were fair and truly did provide links to real corporations that were pleased to send me samples of their products for free. That's what I was trying to find. Therefore I placed those sites on my short list and continued to go to and explore them on a constant basis. However Many of these sites offered a spread of things that I simply didn’t want. Things like coupons, in store offers, or rebates. That wasn’t what I was attempting to find. My new passion was in getting something entirely free. Additionally, the freebie has to get to the place in the post and I don’t even need to pay for postage. Understand?

Therefore my list got shorter. I did finish up with a great list of sites that offered stuff that was free and came in the mail. My fave site only offers free samples by mail. This site is also really picky about what offers it lists. I have never seen a useless offer on this site. I have seen stuff I do not personally want, eg tampons. I haven't seen any bad offers. The owner of the site is not just very discerning, he also updates the site on a daily basis. There won't be a large amount of new stuff every day, but the stuff that is listed is truly good and certainly free. That's what I'm talking about. That's my new zeal.

With this new site, I started getting free samples by mail after around four weeks. First I got some natural toothpaste for my kid. It’s cherry toothpaste that is all natural. Cherry toothpaste sounds gross to me, but my nine year old likes it. And, it’s truly top of the range and a full size sample too. Then, I got what I like in the mail. Some great coffee samples so I can stay up all night searching for more free stuff. The coffee samples were massive and the coffee was awesome. I am stunned at what these companies are willing to send out as samples. One company gives out a sewing kit for its free samples by mail. I know it’s going to be good quality stuff because the entire reason the company is happy to give it out is to demonstrate that they have top of the range stuff.

So why do these corporations give free samples out in the 1st place? Why would they give out really good, high quality stuff and not even ask for postage? It is smart when you think about it. The company gets your complete attention. They get a chance inspire you and show how great they are. They don’t wish to screw that opportunity up! It is the world’s greatest marketing. And, it is actually cheaper and more effective any other type of advertising they could pay for. Possible customers get a chance to use their products before they purchase. The company gets to build good will and a liaison with folk who will likely buy their stuff in the future.

Free samples by mail are also great for us. We're able to find out how good a company and its products are before we spend any money. If the company and product are worthy, we all know we will deal with them with confidence. I can’t even count how frequently I've gotten all excited about a product I saw on some late night infomercial, only to be disappointed because it just did not measure up to what the company promised. Getting free samples by mail forestalls the impulsive purchase mistakes from occuring. We get to discover what we are getting before we get it. We get the sample in the post first. The company put out effort to please us. And it worked. If they treated us right, we will likely require the product and buy it.

So , free samples by mail are very good for both the corporations and the consumers. It is also turned out to be a very cool hobby for me. It doesn't take much time and I actually enjoy looking for the best offers. I really anticipate going to the mail box every day. At this point, I know there will be one frosty thing that I didn’t pay a dime for, waiting for me. Getting free samples by mail is a rush!

Any time a business launches a totally new product or service they must locate men and women who will probably desire to consider the product or service. The standard means of selling this new product or service is usually to spend cash advertising in the media or even in newsprint and journals. Interestingly, yet another way an organization could get customers could be to allow them to have a free trial of their product or service and hope that this consumer will enjoy the sample and choose to get more down the road. In any event, the corporation is spending to push their product or service. Really the only difference with free product samples is the fact that the benefit of how much the business spends goes right to their potential customers as opposed to the ad supplier.

A similar strategy is used with other popular freebies, such as software trials, music files and magazine subscriptions. These types of things are given away for free because the company believes you’ll like what you get and become a paying customer in the future. While this might not always happen, the company knows a certain amount of people will.

Eventhough it’s very good to have an understanding of what reward a business receives from giving out free things, there are several scenarios in which free things are actually distributed merely as a good gesture. As an example, there are loads of visual artists, typeface creators, and professional photographers who are content to share their work with other folks for free out of kindness. You’ll typically see these sort of free things made available with a creative commons license.

Other kinds of free things are made available for free to develop a group of customers the organization can display ads to in one form or another. Free e-mail accounts, comedy sites, and website owner information belong to this group. Businesses understand individuals are prepared to endure some degree of ads when they hand out a service or knowledge free. This business model can be quite effective any time the organization provides something of value free and discovers a level of balance with sufficient advertisements to generate money and not so many so it frightens customers such as you away. If this business model works its a win-win scenario for the company and also the consumer.

As you can tell, there are many motives why businesses give out freebies. The explanations above are just a tiny instance of a few of these motives, but they should certainly provide you an idea of exactly how giving out free things can produce a situation which benefits both an individual and the business. Filtering Free Samples And Junk Samples

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010

With hundreds of free sample web sites offering free samples, how can you tell if a free sample is really a “free sample?” Online marketeers are pretty clever today. They know how to disguise free samples with junk samples really well. Hundreds of web sites promise to give you a free sample of their product if you will only give them some of your information by filling out a single short form. Sometimes this can be a trick! Companies know if they can get you to fill out one form with your information, you probably fill out 11 forms with your information. These 11 different forms will eventually take you to a final form where you will have to pay for something in order to get your free sample. That’s a “not-so-free-free-sample!”

The first of three tips is to see where a free sample has been put on a web page. The second tip is to realize where the link for the free sample takes you to. The last and third tip is to notice how many pages the free sample link takes you to.

1. Noticing where the free sample is put on a web page. Web sites that promote free samples tend to put their paid free sample offers on the top or side banners. Let me explain that there are “junk” offers and “paid” offers. Try to avoid Junk offers at all costs. Paid offers are usually good. Offer that are paid usually come from companies who are willing to pay certain web sites to promote a free sample they have because they want to bring people to their website. Sadly, the difference with a “junk” offer is that they will lead into filling out form after form only to find out at the end that you will have to pay for something in order to get you free sample.

2. Realize where the link for the free sample takes you to. Most of the time a junk offer or sample will take you to a link that has absolutely nothing to do with the product’s actual company page. Here’s an example using Diet Coke. A “junk” sample with usually take you to a web site that has nothing to do with the actual Coca-Cola web pages. If the sample is a real free sample, it will take you to a page within the actual web site of the free sample they are giving away.

3. See how many pages are on the landing page of the free sample you just clicked on. This tip goes along with the second tip. When you click on a free sample listing, it will take you to another page. If this page doesn’t have any kind of a home banner at the top, then it is probably a junk sample. You should be able to explore a free sample’s web site and learn about the sample.

When you are requesting a free sample or giving out your information you will always face the chances of accidentally applying for a “junk” offer. But if you will follow the three tips I gave you, that should hopefully steer you towards the real free samples out there! Samples are great! Not much can beat walking out to a mail box and seeing the presents awaiting you. It’s almost like a little Christmas waiting for you in the mail box!

These days everybody does almost everything on the internet. We buy things online. Many of us get in touch with our buddies online. We can even get complimentary samples online. I understand that you have been taught that you can’t get anything for free and in most cases this still holds true.

These businesses will be the cause of just about all of the authentic no charge samples on the web. Once the company that manufactures the product begins to promote any sample, it will spread virtually instantly over a great number of web sites and freebie blogs. Why would a manufacturer hand out free samples of their merchandise? Cheap advertising! Many of us who are not connected with the advertising and marketing world are wholly ignorant of the enormous sums of money that are spent each and every year on advertising.

Bigger companies, such as the big multi-national corporations, devote a huge amount of money in order to buy your awareness. Free of charge samples are a great way to attract some awareness of their particular new product lines without needing to spend a fortune. The true reason for the lower financial burden is for the reason that all of us, the shoppers, carry out all of the promoting on their behalf. It just takes a few thousand samples of totally free cosmetic products to get all of us writing on our blogs and Facebook pages. This starts a tremendous buzz and would likely grab the new product more advertising mileage compared to a few tv ads. Give thought to what amount of cash these firms can conserve by using free samples to market their new products.

Free Ways To Get Freebies

Wednesday, August 11th, 2010

Offering free samples is probably one of the smartest ways for companies to get their new product out there and known. You might be wondering why companies would go through so much trouble using what seems to be a non cost effective way to draw in customers. With competition between so many producers being today what is is, manufacturers have had to search out new and inventive ways to promote their new products.

We are all used to by now the slightly louder than average commercial on television advertising some new product or another, promising their product is the better of all the selections. Most even go so far as to compare their product to another well known brand, claiming theirs beat out the best. Companies now need that extra edge to keep the consumers consuming.

That is why free samples are one of the best routes to successful advertising. How else are you going to convince your product is superior without handing out free trials and letting the consumer see for themselves? Giving people something for nothing greatly increases the companies stance in popularity. With every little extra bottle of baby lotion attached to that container of shampoo, people will grow to love that brand.

Free samples also have a unique way of helping retailers attract customers. If word gets around that a store is handing out free samples of this and that, people will come. It used to be just a nibble of a brownie or a taste of a dip. Now people are being offered writing utensils and sample packs of different products when they walk through that door. Nothing beats that incredible first impression.

After hearing so much about the good free samples offer to all, I’m sure you are quite eager to get your hands on some. What better way to find said free samples than to utilize the most common and simple means out there? Searching on the internet is probably one of the most profitable means of obtaining free samples, but beware, there are sharks in the water.

The easiest way would be to do a simple organic search for freebies in a search engine. At first, this seems to be the most direct and simple way to find free samples. That may be misleading. Don’t get me wrong, there are a great many sites and blogs out there that help gather links to various free samples. Unfortunately, along with these helpful sites, there are also many malicious ones. These malicious sites use free samples to lure web surfers to their site in order to blast them with advertising.

With every bad site though, you are sure to find plenty that offer lists upon lists of free samples, most being organized by type of product be it makeup, grocery or cleaning supplies. There are many that even include a free newsletter that you can sign up with to receive updates when new free samples appear for the taking.

I would recommend going directly to the manufacturer’s website to search for free offers or promotions. Most have a tab labeled as such right in there menu. As with free sample gathering websites, almost all the major brands have free newsletters to join as well, helping you to keep informed of all the goodness they have to offer.

If you are looking and looking and some of your favorite products appear to have no current rebates or offers, another way to request a free sample would be to write them in regards to one. One of the most fruitful efforts of a letter come with complimenting the company on their product. If you let them know how much you truly love and use their product everyday, you are sure to receive some reward by being such a loyal costumer. The lesser taken road could be to write a complaint. If you are put off by their “high prices” or “lack of quality”, you may be offered an incentive to give their product a second chance.

One thing’s for sure, if you follow any, or all, of the tips in this article, you are sure to find your mailbox filled with various free samples on a daily basis.

Would you more in formation on free samples without surveys, you should stop and see this site, free product samples.

What You Need To Understand About Product Samples And Their Good Effects To Businesses

Wednesday, July 21st, 2010

Free product samples are a major way that manufacturers effectively promote products and encourage sales. By giving consumers an actual- or trial-sized product, the consumer has the chance to actually try out the product. This is something they otherwise would not have experienced unless they had purchased it. It’s a way to get people to try something without risk, so that they will then continue to purchase the item after the sample is out.

When samples are distributed, it is generally to accompany a new product launch. For other products, the manufacturer will distribute samples in order to increase market share. When samples are distributed, the product gets into the hands of more people. This is accomplished in many different ways.

Sometimes free sample products are mailed directly to a consumer’s home. When these mailings are done it is called direct mail sampling. The mailings are not haphazard; in fact, they are targeted based on demographic characteristics. You can also use newspapers to sample to everyone in an area, and enclose samples with delivery.

Free product sample delivery can also be managed door-to-door. In this manner, people bring samples out directly to individuals’ homes. This is often used when the cost for direct mailing or packaging is too high, or when tighter targeting is needed or there is only limited lead time.

Sometimes there are sample packs of one product packaged along with another item that is for sale. This method is often used in a high traffic area like a theater or a mall.

Most shoppers have had samples at a grocery store, or have been given a sample package while shopping. This is called in-store sampling and is the most frequently used method for distributing free product samples.

Companies know that free sampling tends to increase impulse purchasing. Spending on making free samples available is often money well spent. Many companies even allow consumers to request samples on their website.

That doesn’t mean that there are limitless samples. Every company still has to make money, and they only budget to much for giveaway or promotional materials. If you want to get a sample or a coupon via the internet, it’s important to request this as early as possible.

How do companies decide when product sampling will be appropriate? Generally, they distribute product samples when they can’t get that kind of effect with simple advertising alone. It also has to make financial sense – it should not cost more to distribute the samples than is reasonable.
